What Can I Expect?

Meeting with a homeopath for the first time involves sitting down and really speaking honestly and clearly about you and your life. The homeopath will discuss all aspects of mental, emotional and physical symptoms that you are willing to share. The purpose being to create a relationship between patient and practitioner as well as to discover patterns that have formed over the years and may be creating imbalance in the body.

The initial appointment is approximately two hours for an adult, an hour and a half for a child. Follow up appointments are booked 4-6 weeks apart and last for 45-60 minutes. A Classical homeopath typically uses one remedy at a time to address all of the symptoms being expressed by the body.
