A Breakdown Of A Typical Initial Consultation (approx. 1hr)
You will bring all of your completed forms to this session. During this intake interview Jenn will thoroughly review your forms to learn as much
as possible about you, your symptoms/concerns, your diet, and your lifestyle. You will also fill out a food preference list so that she can develop
a menu plan based on your likes and dislikes. This session will provide all of the tools necessary for her to prepare the most suitable protocol and
customized program for you. You will leave the session with a few initial recommendations to follow until your protocol session (usually about 1 week later).
A Breakdown Of A Typical First Follow-up Session (approx. 1 hr)
In this session you will receive your results, protocol, sample menu plan, and any other relevant information. Jenn will review the results from
your questionnaire and will highlight where the major imbalances and deficiencies and/or excesses are in your body. She will go on to explain the
protocol that has been put together for you. The changes outlined in this protocol are necessary to correct any imbalances found. She will discuss
dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as review any supplement details if they are required. Jenn will also provide you with a sample menu plan to
follow, making the transition to healthier eating easier. After this session you will come away with a better understanding of your health and how
these recommendations will benefit you. Jenn will set up a follow up appointment with you in about 1-2 weeks depending on your condition.
A Breakdown Of Typical Follow Up Sessions (approx. 30 min)
Generally, these visits are intended to keep you on track with your lifestyle and dietary changes and to address any new concerns that may arise
following your protocol session. You and Jenn will discuss any improvements or changes that you experience, as well she will continue to provide you
with other recommendations to meet your health and nutritional goals. The number of follow up sessions required often vary, so depending on your health
concerns or how quickly results are seen will determine how many follow up visits are necessary.
