Chiropractic

New Patient Evaluation: All new patient appointments begin with a consultation and history. Following this a complete evaluation including: orthopedic and neurological examination, spinal range-of-motion, computerized Surface EMG and Thermography, as well as spinal palpation and postural evaluation is performed. Once the evaluation is complete a full report is prepared and the information is given to you with recommendations and health strategies. The information will allow you to make a full and informed decision as to how you'd like to proceed. Please allow one hour of your time for this visit.

New Patient Fees
Our Success Indicator - Progress Evaluations: Done on an ongoing basis, this visit includes consultation, computerized Surface EMG & Thermography, range-of-motion and all other applicable examination factors. Evaluation concludes with your chiropractic adjustment and a thorough discussion of your progress and future recommendations.

Worker's Compensation And Auto Accident Claims: On an individual basis we will accept WSIB and auto accident claims. In these circumstances we will bill and collect payment on your behalf directly from your insurer. Payment from the patient is not expected at the time of service when the claim has been opened and accepted by your insurer.

Extended Health Care Benefits: You may have full or partial coverage of your chiropractic care under the plan offered by you or your spouse's employer. We suggest you call your insurer for full information. To assist you in obtaining these benefits we will supply you with a comprehensive and detailed invoice on a regular basis which you then present to your insurer for reimbursement.

Massage Therapy

All our Massage Therapists are trained in a wide range of treatments from pre and post-natal care to sports injuries. Swedish massage techniques, fascial techniques, rhythmic mobilizations and trigger point therapy are a few of the more commonly used techniques. Each treatment and its techniques will vary depending on your specific condition.

Patient Fees (GST included)
*It is recommended that a new Patient books for a full hour, which will include full history, examination and hands on!

Gift Certificates are available – please consult our front desk staff.

Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that we have a 24 hour missed appointment/cancellation policy. Full fees will be applied if 24 hours notice is not given.

Insurance Coverage: Many insurance companies & group health plans offer benefits that pay in full or part for your Massage Therapy. The information is generally listed under "Paramedical" or "Other Health Services". For some plans a prescription from a MD is needed. There is no OHIP coverage for massage therapy services.

Classical Homeopathy

$100.00 per hour – fee is based on the amount of time spent in a consult.
Guidelines: In most cases the following time frames can be used to estimate fees:

Telephone and Email consults - $100.00 per hour – min. $10.00 charge.

Acute care plan – This is a plan which runs from October to March. Families may make a monthly investment of $50.00 and have complete coverage for all telephone and email consults for acute complaints. Please enquire for further information.

Psychotherapy

Sessional fees are $80.00 per session (60 minutes).

Treatment services are often covered by insurance companies.

There are no fees associated with clinical reports to referring physicians or school boards when these are requested or required.

There are no fees associated with phone contact.

There are fees associated with reports requested for insurance (disability claims), court evidence reports and documentation for children/youth clients referred by Children’s Aid.
